It is great to have another web site for the EOD brothers,I spent over 12 years with EOD and was MACVs 1st EOD officer in 65 and was there when the 1st units started comming in.Great to hear what and where the brothers are up to today

A messege to and about Brother Doug Rhodes. Members do you know this guy served with us in RVN and is still DEE DEE BOPING in Iraq. Doug you will forever be known as the EOD Ironman. You are the only person I know that served in 2 conflicts 40 years apart. Keep your head down you are a short-timer and remember BIP IT when you can. So good to hear from some of you via the guestbook. A lot of water has gone under the bridge since those Vietnam days but they are never forgotten and I often think of those I knew and worked with. Presently I work at Brooke Army Medical Center as a physician assistant in cardiology. There are reminders of Vietnam there every day, but I consider it an honor to continue working with and trying to help those in the armed services. I admire you all. Thank you for all you have done.

The site looks great!! I have been collecting data about EOD men who served in Vietnam, particularly where they are now. If you have any sets of orders with names and Social Security numbers, please send them to me in an email. I can track people down if I have a SSAN. Also, if you have any historical documents, such as incident logs or unusual incident reports, I would like to have copies for a historical data base we are compiling.

Hello to all the Vietnam EOD Vets. Currently I'm in Baghdad but looking to catch the big bird "Back to the World" next week for a little R & R. Thanks to Stu Steinberg, Dave Tipton, and all the other guys who've made this org happen. I won't be able to make the convention in Oct is HSV but my thoughts will be with all of you. Went to a very moving Memorial Dinner last Sunday evening here in the Al Faw Palace in Baghdad where we honored 19 more fallen EOD folks from all the services. These guys are doing a great job and under very trying conditions. Take care and stay in touch. Doug

Dear Brothers We have a change in plans.We will not meet as previously stated on the 30th of Sept. I have been informed by our Adjutant that there will be ample time available between NATEODA events to use the main facility for our business. If anyone has anything to put on the agenda please contact Dave Tipton with your request.
